United States All orders placed will ship 1-2 days, if all items are in stock.

Shipping & Order Confirmations
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped.
Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
Delay In Receiving Parcels
Affected by covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Due to the holidays, the logistics in some areas will be affected, please wait patiently for 3-5 days for the logistics track update. if the parcel logistics track is not updated for more than 5 days, please contact us in time.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.
For more information on how to return your order. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us.
1. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
2. If the address for the shipment was entered incorrectly and returned back to us, the customer assumes all responsibilities for the cost of return.
